Le droit d'Auteur est constitué du seul fait de l'existence matérielle des réalisations ou publications qui sont temporellement actées dans les pages web du site internet de la Société (http://sycomoreen.free.fr) et dans les forums où elle communique régulièrement.

Le nom, la devise et les graphismes de la Société font notamment l'objet d'un dépôt légal rédigé par des juristes compétents et décrivant l'originalité des réalisations et de la démarche personnalisée des Membres de la Société.

Sans son autorisation, SYCOMOREEN interdit à toute personne morale ou physique d'exploiter ses réalisations ou publications à des fins commerciales. Les Membres réservent exclusivement à leur Société la gestion des Droits Moraux et Patrimoniaux qui leur sont naturellement conférés par leurs Droits d'Auteur ; Droits d'Auteur qu'ils détiennent automatiquement sur les réalisations et publications de leur Société, notamment:

Le droit de paternité : les Auteurs ont le droit de revendiquer la paternité de leurs œuvres. Cela se traduit par la mention " SYCOMOREEN " lorsque ses publications sont citées ou si d'éventuels droits d'exploitation des œuvres sont accordés.
Le droit au respect de l'intégrité de l'œuvre : les Auteurs peuvent s'opposer à toutes modifications, déformations ou mutilations de leurs œuvres.

Les Droits Patrimoniaux,

Le droit de reproduction : les Auteurs décident d'autoriser ou non la copie de tout ou partie de leurs œuvres et de fixer les modalités de cette dernière.
Le droit de représentation : les Auteurs donnent ou refusent leur autorisation à la représentation ou à l'exécution publique de leurs œuvres.

AINSI

1. SYCOMOREEN accorde exclusivement pour des buts éducatifs ou de recherches scientifiques non lucratives le droit de représentation publique de ses publications et réalisations, à condition que celles-ci n'en soient pas modifiées ou dénaturées.

2. SYCOMOREEN autorise les copies uniquement à usage privé et non lucratif de ses publications et réalisations.

The entirety of the publications and achievements
of the SYCOMOREEN Society are under
the protection of the Rights of Author of its Members.

The Rights of Authors are constituted by the only fact of the material existence of the achievements or publications which are temporally registered in the webpages of the website http://sycomoreen.free.fr and in the forums where it communicates regularly.

The name, the motto and the graphics of the Society are notably the subject of a legal deposit written by competent jurists and describing the originality of the achievements, publications and the personalized approach of the Members of the Society.

Without its authorization, SYCOMOREEN forbids to any moral or physical person to exploit its achievements or publications for commercial aims. The Members reserve exclusively for their Society the management of the Moral and Patrimonial Properties, which are conferred them naturally by their Rights of Authors ; Rights which are automatically detained as soon as the achievements and publications of the Society are published, notably:

The Moral Rights,

The right of fatherhood: the Authors have the right to claim the fatherhood of their works. It entails to mention " SYCOMOREEN " if its publications are related or if a possible right of exploitation of the works is given.
The right to the respect of the integrity of the work: the Authors can block any modifications, distortions or mutilations of their works.

The Rights of Property,

not exhaustively :

The right of reproduction (known as "copyright " in anglo-saxon countries): the Authors decide (or not) to allow the copy of all or part of their works and to set the conditions of this copy..
The right of representation: the Authors give their authorization (or not) for the representation or for the public execution of their works.

THEREFORE

1. SYCOMOREEN exclusively allows for educational goals or non lucrative scientific research the use of public representation for its publications and achievements, under the condition that these last are not modified or altered any.

2. SYCOMOREEN allows the copies of its publications and achievements only for private and non lucrative use.

3. The geographical scale of the Rights of authors invoked above is the one of the signatory countries of the Bern Convention.
