In a village of the Cézallier in the Puy of Dome (63 ; FRANCE)), SYCOMOREEN has a building, used formerly as a dairy.

This building benefits of an orientation full South and shadowless (very favorable). It is naturally well isolated thanks to its thick walls of about 1 m of stones and its foundation partially buried in the rock. The surface taken on the ground is of 11m x 9m.

Its roof made of sheet metal has been rebuilt in order to constitute a coherent, aesthetic and technical set which is perfectly integrated to the local architecture.
