Applications in motorization
The
numerous advantages and parameterizations offered by the POGDC concept
demonstrate its
particular relevance in all motorized applications...
2.1.
Cars
The
following assets of the POGDC concept will be especially interesting in
the motorization of a car :
- its variable output power
- its possibilities of variable wedging to manage valves
- its favorable kinematics for
non conventional combustions like auto-ignition and detonation(HCCI,
CAI, ATAC, Diesotto concept...),
- its air storage for the kinetic recovering while braking
All
type of
car can welcome the POGDC engine, from the city-car to the big 4x4, and
these vehicles,
thanks to the gains of space offered by
the POGDC's compactness, will be able to be
equipped with
batteries and more powerful electric motors, that is to say to become
the FULL Hybrid, propelled
by two ways of which one is not dominant as regard to the other.
The
ultra-compactness of the POGDC engines lets consider completely new architectures like one
motor by axle, and even by wheel (4x4 without transmission therefore
less consuming), without talking about all new
possible organization of the space allocated to the passengers (and not
to the motor...) inside the vehicle,
that can be increased practically from 50% to equal measurements of the
vehicles
Important note: it is possible to decline a whole range of powers with only one model of POGDC and only one model of PRBC. for example, the POGDC 1650 and the PRBC 1150 motorize any car or truck from 70 Hp. to several hundreds of Hp. In an industrial vision, it permits savings of extremely important scale and a total adaptability of the motorization offer in relation to the market's evolution and/or the marketing of a manufacturer of engines and motorized contraptions.
2.2.
Motorcycles / "2 wheels"

in the motorization of the "2 wheels" :

motorcycle at the starting or re-launch

until the hypersportive
while passing by the "road motocycle". Thanks to the gains of space
offered by the POGDC's compactness, the tanks / ranging will be able to
be a lot bigger. The
motorcycles will be also lighter and will be able to equal weight, to
take more of passengers and/or luggage and fuel.
The
ultra-compactness of the POGDC concept lets
consider completely new architectures with one motor by wheel, opening
the way thus by "all land" motorcycles
with 2 driving wheels (2x2) of which
the capacities of ascension will be better, as well as the safety in
case of breakdown of one of the motors.

Light portable tooling


The
following assets of the POGDC concept will be especially interesting in
the motorization of the light portable tools :
- its big volumic power
- the absence of vibration procuring a comfort to the user and the
preservation of his/her muscles and joints.

at longer-term, they endure engrave

Trucks

following assets of the POGDC concept will be especially interesting in

All type of
truck can welcome the POGDC engine. A
truck of 20 Tons wastes at
every braking an energy equivalent to the one of 20 cars achieving the
same braking : for example an air reserve supplied by the central room
of the POGDC engine as a compressor, the same room becoming an air
motor at the time of the relaxation. Thanks
to the gains of space offered, the trucks will be able to be equipped
with efficient systems of energy recovery when braking ; the gains
of consumption are likely to pass the easily 30% on a non higway
course. To
equal power, the lowering of the mass of the motor, the reduction

The following assets of the POGDC concept will be especially interesting

2.9.
Hydraulic motors
The POGDC concepts can be nourished by pressurized fluid and turn themselves
into into perfectly balanced and compact hydraulic or pneumatic
motors with
high torque at low RPM. To avoid all neutral point during the motion,
it is
sufficient to join 2 POGDC engine where their the 2 shafts are wedged
with a precise angle.
The applications are extremely vast, from the actuating of an
excavator's caterpillars until the hydrolelectric powerplants,
especially bass, middle and even high fall (to see as small hydraulics)

3.
Applications in pump / compressor
The POGDC engines are reversible
and under
the condition to have a source of rotary mechanical energy ; they turn
themselves
into extremely compact and perfectly well balanced pumps / compressors,
resistant to pressures going until several score of Bar.
It
is even possible with
a same motor block to have rooms of combustion and other pneumatic
rooms of air. By a simple
game of floodgates "all or nothing", it
is possibleduring the braking to store compressed
air in a tank, and during
the next acceleration, reinject the compressed air in the pneumatic
room to re-launch the vehicle.
Instead of being lost in the
brakes as heat, the kinetic energy of braking is recycled thus with an
excellent output and
a very reasonable clutter. It is a simple and efficient means to
decrease considerably
the consumption and the pollution, especially in
urban environment.
